In his tenure as CEO, Ray has driven revenue lift in over 40 states and expanded the team to multiple locations on three continents.

He joined Health Business Solutions in April 2023 from the healthcare practice at Alvarez and Marsal, a leading global professional services firm that provides advisory, business performance improvement and turnaround management services. Prior to A&M, Ray supported the activation and growth of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a world-class healthcare institution, for six years.

Ray provides thought-leadership, executes market development strategies, and drives business model innovation focused on driving revenue growth and profitability while maintaining a Patient First approach. Ray’s talent stack is a blend of international and domestic business practices, entrepreneurial endeavors, and consulting experience accompanied by an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelors in Health Services Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Over the last 12 years, he’s amassed skills in marketing, business development, financial management, negotiations, revenue cycle, and clinical operations. Breaking away from the daily grind, Ray enjoys time with family, traveling, and trading in the equity/options market.
